Are all miles paid, including loaded and unloaded miles?
Yes. We pay for all miles driven, including both loaded and empty miles. Mileage is calculated using the OpenRoad app based on address-to-address routing, not zip-to-zip.
What is the governed truck speed?
Trucks are governed at 70 MPH.
Do you offer dedicated lanes?
Yes. We have some customer freight and dedicated opportunities. Most OTR loads come from reliable brokers we've worked with for many years or from DOT load boards.
Is the freight no-touch?
Most freight is no-touch. If unloading requires a lumper, the company covers the applicable lumper fees.
What is the drop-and-hook vs. live-load ratio?
Most loads come from long-term broker relationships or DOT load boards and are no-touch freight. If you are on time and consistent, dispatch can pre-book loads to help keep you moving.
Are there driver-facing cameras in the truck?
We do not use inward-facing cameras because we respect driver privacy.
What ELD system do you use?
We use Samsara ELD tablets.
Is the company ELD-friendly?
We strictly follow applicable FMCSA hours-of-service requirements. We do not push drivers to violate HOS rules or work beyond legal limits. Driver safety and compliance are priorities.
Is dispatch forced?
No. Dispatch is not forced. However, we encourage drivers to work with dispatch because the dispatch team works to find high-paying freight and good mileage opportunities.
Can I take my 34-hour reset at home?
Yes, when your home is reasonably close to your route. If you are running OTR, resets are generally taken on the road.
Where do drivers fuel?
Drivers typically fuel at Pilot or Flying J.
Are tolls covered by the company?
Yes. Tolls are covered by the company, and I-PASS/E-ZPass is provided when applicable.
When does the pay period start and end?
The pay period runs from Sunday through Saturday.
Do you offer cash advances?
Yes. Drivers can request a cash advance of up to $250 per week if needed.
Is the company European or Russian-owned?
The company is diverse, with employees from different backgrounds, including Americans, Europeans, and Mexicans.
Are you a direct recruiter or a broker?
I am an in-house recruiter and recruit directly for the company.
How is mileage calculated?
Mileage is calculated using the OpenRoad app based on address-to-address routing rather than zip-to-zip mileage.
Do you offer weekly home time?
Weekly and bi-weekly home-time options are available for the listed regional opportunities, subject to the specific position and lane.
What equipment do you hire for?
